Chocolate Lava




Ingredients :
125 g cake margarine
125 g soft butter
200 g dark chocolate
6 pcs eggs
125 g sugar
20 g cornstarch
5 g cocoa powder
70 ml fresh milk

serving : 20 persons

1. melt cake margarine, soft butter, and chopped dark chocolate altogether
2. mix egg and sugar
3. mix number 1+2, then add the remaining ingredients
4. grease the molds with white butter, and put baking sheet at the bottom of it. then, fill the mixture into the molds
5. put them in the chiller for an hour
6. bake them at 250C for 9 minutes
7. serve it hot with ice cream
